The employment market has changed dramatically over the last
couple of years.
In the past, Recruiters and Interviewers would often review multiple
resumes, cataloging them by whether you were an “A”
Candidate, a “B” Candidate or a “C” Candidate.
Times have changed! Nowadays an enormous number of resumes
are received for every job opening. Many of these resumes
are not even qualified for the position they are applying
for. Regardless of the amount of resumes received, today, Recruiters
and Employers have only 20 seconds or less to assess YOUR resume
and determine if you are an “A” Candidate or NOT.
If you only have 20 seconds to be seen
as an "A" Candidate, how can you ensure you make the
cut?
- Can you capture
and keep a Recruiter’s attention?
- Can you make an
outstanding impression during a PHONE interview?
- Can you tell if
the Recruiter or Interviewer thinks YOU are a good fit?
- Can you effectively
negotiate the salary and benefits you want?
- Can you get the
‘inside scoop’ on a prospective Employer?
- Can you reach your
ultimate goal; the job offer?

Virginia Rockwell of Rock Solid Resources
can help you attract, engage and land your next job by helping
you Recognize, Refine and Represent your most *S.T.A.R. qualities

Initial Consultation & Assessment
is $40.00 per hour.
Most clients find that 1 to 1.5 hours is a very beneficial timeframe
to meet. This allows them the opportunity to assess their current
situation, determine what immediate steps they can take to improve,
and then decide if there are specific areas they can benefit from
Career Coaching Services.
Suggested Objectives To Be Covered:
- Overview of current
resume and listing of specific recommendations for immediate
improvement
- Review past employment
history, define strengths and areas for development
- Introduction to
our proprietary assessment -- The Career Guidance Worksheet
- Define career opportunities,
salary/benefit goals, geographical preferences
- Review current job
seeking status and provide specific recommendations to immediately
increase your ‘closing ratio'
- Discuss specific
career coaching goals and if mutually agreeable, determine amount
of coaching time to be scheduled
The initial consultation
and assessment session concludes by scheduling necessary follow-up
sessions to meet career coaching objectives. All future coaching
sessions are scheduled in 3 hr. increments, utilizing a combination
of “face time”, phone or email support, as well as
‘behind the scenes’ research and prep time.
Career Coaching rate
is based upon a number of factors, but will not exceed $50 per
hour, or $150 per Coaching Session. A professional discount rate
is available to those who qualify; contact Virginia for more details.
A proposal for services rendered will be made available to the
client and approval obtained prior to the start of any Coaching
Sessions.
