Initial Consultation & Assessment
is $50.00 per hour.
Most clients indicate an initial 2 hour session is appropriate
in order to assess their current status, as well as receive helpful
HR pointers from Virginia.
Suggested Objectives to be covered:
- Overview of current
recruitment and placement needs
- Review HR challenges
and practices that might need improvement
- Determine HR recruiting
and placement strengths
- Discuss job openings
that require additional or better candidates.
The initial consultation
and assessment session concludes by reviewing objectives of potentially
working together. In addition, a determination would be made as
to what specific candidate areas require immediate attention.
Recruiting & Placement rates for additional work is based
upon client size, client status (for profit, non profit) and an
in-depth assessment of client needs. A detailed proposal will
be submitted to the client, prior to the start of any of the services
provided by Rock Solid Resources.
